Section 252
Not to commit criminal treachery:

(1) No person shall commit or cause criminal treachery.
(2) For the purposes of sub-section (1), a person shall be deemed to have committed or caused criminal treachery if he does any of the following:-
(a) If he dishonestly uses the property of another under his charge or protection for his own sake or converts it in any way or if he uses such property dishonestly for his own sake in violation of the agreement or condition or law, or if he allows someone else to use it or if he gives it to someone else in violation of the right,
(b) a person who has undertaken to carry out any business transaction of another or who is responsible for performing a legal duty or a person acting as a representative of another in relation to any business transaction does any act contrary to his duty to benefit himself or anyone else and causes any harm, loss or damage to such person If delivered.
(3) A person who commits or causes an offense under sub-section (1) shall be punished as follows:-
(a) In the capacity of a manager, manager, employee or representative of an organization, any person or person who undertakes to transport any property from one place to another or to keep it safely in a warehouse or any other place, or who has a legal duty to do so commits criminal treachery, imprisonment for a term which may extend to five years and a fine which may extend to fifty thousand rupees. ,
(b) If any person commits criminal treachery except as mentioned in clause (a), to imprisonment for a term which may extend to three years or to a fine which may extend to thirty thousand rupees or to both.
